This panel brings together artists, producers, managers, and communicators to explore the paths of creation and circulation of narratives emerging from the margins. Drawing from cinema, grassroots communication, network collaboration, and attentive engagement with local territories, we discuss how narratives created in and by the peripheries shift the center of discourse, challenge institutional structures and build new possible futures.
