Paula Gomes, from Aracaju-SE, is a manager with a degree from FGV and over 18 years of experience in the audiovisual industry. She is the co-founder and General Director of Olhar, an independent film distributor focused on diversity.
She has worked in the production of films and TV content, coordinated the Prodav TVs Públicas (FSA/Ancine/EBC), and worked at the Fundação Aperipê. She was president of AVEC-PR, a Cultural Advisor in Curitiba, and is an alternate member of the Superior Council of Cinema (2023-2025).
