Vinicius Clay is a Director at ANCINE and has been a member of the Agency since 2006. He served as Superintendent of Economic Development and Secretary of Financing. Clay played a key role in the design and management of investment, credit, and support operations for projects and companies in the sector through the Audiovisual Sector Fund (FSA), the main public mechanism for promoting audiovisual production in Brazil. He was also the rapporteur for the new Normative Instructions on project approval, accountability, and FUNCINES.
