Vânia Lima heads the content area of Grupo Têm Dendê, of which she is a founding partner, with a portfolio of over 50 titles screened in Brazil, Costa Rica, the USA, Denmark, and Panama.

As a director, she has worked on more than 30 projects, including series, shorts, and feature films. In 2025, she will debut the feature film Cartas Para... and the series Cantos do mar and Forrobodó da Paixão. She is currently a member of the Superior Council of Cinema, the board of BRAVI, the CONNE Association, the +Mulheres no audiovisual Movement, and the Paradiso Talents Network.
