Thomas Rosso began his career in the Directing Department at La Fémis and was co-founder of the Les Arcs Film Festival, where he coordinated the Talent Village for a decade. He worked for ten years at Why Not Productions and Cinéma du Panthéon, in addition to contributing to film restoration at the L’Image Retrouvée laboratory. Since 2016, he has been Program Manager of La Semaine de la Critique (Cannes Film Festival) and leads the Next Step workshop, dedicated to emerging talents in world cinema.
