In 2012, Sandro Rodrigues founded H2O Films, which acts as a co-producer and distributor for several Brazilian films. Highlights of its history include the releases of “Vai Que Cola - O Filme” (The Movie), the largest national opening box office of 2015, with 3.3 million viewers; and “O Auto da Compadecida 2” (The Compassionate Woman's Act 2), which became the largest opening of a Brazilian film in 2024 and brought 4.3 million people to Brazilian cinemas.
