Raphaela Leite began her career as an image researcher for the feature film "Boa Sorte" (2014), directed by Carol Jabor. From 2015 to 2017, she was a consultant at Twogether, advising on the selection of audiovisual projects. In 2017, she was invited to join the Artistic Development Department at Rede Globo, where she started providing artistic consultancy.
She currently works as a dramaturgy consultant for the drama and comedy divisions. She frequently serves on panels and as a consultant for development labs.
