Raoni Seixas holds a Master's degree in Cultural Assets and Social Projects from FGV, a Bachelor's degree in Acting from UniRio, and a specialization in Children's and Youth Literature from UFRJ.

He is the casting director for series such as "Arcanjo Renegado", "O Jogo que Mudou a História", "A Divisão", and "Amar é para os Fortes", as well as for feature films like "Aumenta Que É Rock'n Roll" and "O Palestrante", among others.

A short film, "Sem a Mida não dá", a result of his studies at FGV, has been selected for the Retratos section at the Festival do Rio.
