Born and raised in Manaus, he currently lives in Rio de Janeiro where he works as a Data Coordinator and DPO (Data Protection Officer) at data_labe, a data laboratory focusing on gender, race, and territory. He holds a master's degree and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Epidemiology and Population Data Science at UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro). Polinho believes in and works toward the democratization of technologies, made by everyone in a free and sovereign manner.
