Marcio Borges has been the Executive Vice President and General Manager of WMcCann Rio since 2016. In the advertising market, he has received awards such as the Caboré Award for Account Service (2016), the ABP's Executive of the Year (2018), and the Publicist of the Year from Colunistas Rio (2018 and 2020) and Colunistas Brasil (2025). He is a researcher at NetLab/UFRJ, a PhD candidate in Information Science, and holds a master's degree in communication from ECO/UFRJ. His career combines leadership experience in major agencies with academia, making him a reference in the communication market.
