PhD candidate in Law at UERJ (State University of Rio de Janeiro). Master of Laws from UERJ. Specialist in Civil-Constitutional Law from UERJ. Specialist in Public and Private Law from EMERJ (Rio de Janeiro State School of Magistracy). He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Fundação Técnico-Educacional Souza Marques, a Guest Professor in the Graduate Program at FACHA, and a federal civil servant serving as a Regulation Specialist at the National Cinema Agency (ANCINE), currently assigned to the Federal Public Defender's Office (DPU). He is the author of the book Condecine e Poder Regulamentar (Condecine and Regulatory Power), published by Lumen Iuris.
