Journalist, Master's, and Ph.D. in Communication and Culture. She has worked in print newspapers, magazines, radio journalism, and Corporate Communications. She is a professor at ESPM Rio in the undergraduate and lato sensu postgraduate courses, and in the Professional Postgraduate Program in Creative Economy, Strategy, and Innovation. She is one of the founders of the Memory and Communication Studies Network (Rememora). She is the author of the book 1822|1922|2022: A independência do Brasil no jornalismo (E-Papers), which was a finalist for the 2024 Jabuti Academic Award.
