He became a staff member of the Cinemateca do MAM (Museum of Modern Art Film Archive) in 1996, working in the Documentation and Research Curatorship, taking on the position of Chief Conservator in 1999 and Institution Manager in 2020. He has taught at various universities, curated different festivals, and worked on the research for countless feature films.
