Gisela Margarita Pérez Fonseca is a cultural manager from Cartagena with 21+ years of experience in cultural industries, arts, and heritage. Awarded the Maria Filippa Prize in Brazil for her advocacy of Afro-descendant rights, she has served as jury and speaker at major international film events. As Institutional Partnerships Coordinator at FICCI, she drives internationalization and mobile cinema projects, using culture and film as tools for peacebuilding, inclusion, and social transformation.
