Flávio Medeiros is the Director of Creation and Innovation at 3mais and Vice-President of the Rio de Janeiro Creativity Club (Clube de Criação do Rio de Janeiro). With 25 years of experience in the advertising industry, he is also a partner at #republique, where he collaborates with other creatives on content production for diverse audiences. Additionally, he serves as a partner at Canal Maker, supervising the production and distribution of its products. Beyond his career in advertising, he holds a degree in Philosophy, a field that inspires his creative and strategic vision.
