Born in Porto Alegre in 1975,  Cristiano Burlan is a theater and film director. In the nineties, he lived in Barcelona, where he directed the super-8 experimental film group. In São Paulo, he led the theater group A Fúria. He is also a professor at the Academia Internacional de Cinema (AIC), the Escola Superior de Artes Célia Helena, and the Universidade do Estado do Amazonas.
