Carlos Affonso Souza is a Professor of Civil Law and Digital Law at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). He is the Director of the Institute for Technology and Society of Rio de Janeiro (ITS). He is an Affiliated Researcher with the Information Society Project at Yale Law School.
