Washington Deoli is a director, editor, and screenwriter. He worked on projects such as Racionais: Das Ruas de São Paulo Pro Mundo, for which he received the ABC Award for Best Documentary Editing, and directed Motriz – Roda de Afeto, winner of Doc Futura. In 2025, he deepened his auteur research in experimental cinema at the MetFilm School Berlin. His work touches on themes of memory, Black culture, territory, and affectivity.
