Sociologist with a master's and Ph.D. in film studies. Cultural manager and deputy manager of CineSesc, a street cinema in São Paulo operating for 50 years. He published the book Cinema explícito: representações cinematográficas do sexo (2012), in which he analyzes the politics of the obscene, from silent to contemporary cinema, from a queer perspective.
