Pablo Guisa Koestinger is a producer, curator, and visionary with over 40 years of experience in the entertainment industry, establishing himself as the leading figure and ambassador for fantasy and horror cinema in Mexico and Latin America.

His academic background—spanning medicine, anthropology, archaeology, and history—found its true calling in audiovisual production. He began his career directing documentaries and working on advertising and music videos for prominent international artists, later expanding into television projects for globally recognized networks and institutions, including Televisa, TV Azteca, Discovery Channel, DW, RAI, and Vatican Television, with productions spanning over a dozen countries across four continents.

In 2007, he focused his career exclusively on the fantasy genre. Founder and CEO of Grupo Mórbido, he created a specialized entertainment powerhouse that encompasses Mórbido Film Fest—the most important showcase for the genre in Latin America—Mórbido TV (a pay-TV channel for Latin America), Radio Mórbido, Mórbido Films (production company), and a digital community of over 6.5 million people. Under this brand, he has produced and co-produced several acclaimed feature films, collaborating with the region's top talents.

His leadership and passion for the genre earned him recognition from industry legends such as Roger Corman, John Landis, and Joe Dante, elevating his presence to the global stage. He is the founder and executive director of the Fantastic Pavilion at the Marché du Film – Cannes Film Festival, the global epicenter for networking and business in fantasy cinema.

Multifaceted in his work, he has also acted in over 20 films, serves as a television and radio host, editor, designer of immersive experiences—such as haunted houses—and is a tireless promoter and curator dedicated to preserving Mexican genre cinema while paving the way for new voices in horror and fantasy.
