João Amorim

João Amorim is a director, executive producer, and founder of Amorim Filmes, with over 30 years of experience in documentaries, animation, and children's content. Nominated for an Emmy for his animation direction on Chicago 10, he served as supervising director and head of production for Sesame Workshop in Brazil. He is currently developing the projects Ho-Ho & O Som do Brasil and Amazonika, focusing on co-productions with China and original stories that connect cultures, music, and nature for Brazilian and international audiences.
