Flavia is a production and content executive, project manager, and lawyer with a career spanning over 16 years at Grupo Globo/Globosat (2004–2020), where she played a prominent role at the GNT, Viva, and Mais Globosat channels. She assumed the position of Executive Producer at AfroReggae Audiovisual in 2026. She leads the expansion and development of the non-fiction unit, with the mission of positioning the documentary division with the same prominence and relevance already established in the company's fiction productions.
