The importance of forming “below-the-line” technical teams for the brazilian audiovisual industry

We are experiencing an audiovisual boom in Latin America, which has naturally led, in recent years, to a growing demand for highly qualified technical production and post-production teams to meet the demand for streaming services generated by content production. However, in all Latin American countries, there is a great shortage of qualified teams to meet these demands. In a survey by the independent consultancy Olsberg SPI with audiovisual producers, commissioned by the Inter-American Development Bank-IDB, 58% of respondents consider that there are not enough technical personnel in Latin America. In this panel, experts will discuss how to correct the shortage of qualified labor to meet the enormous demand for the production of audiovisual content.
