Thereza Levenhagen has a degree in Cinema and Audiovisual from Universidade Federal Fluminense and has worked as a producer for 9 years. In 2015 she joined the International Reception team at the Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival. In 2016, she started working at the production company Rio Cinema Digital and, since then, she has accumulated experience in production companies of different specialties, from advertising to TV and Cinema. She worked in the international reception area of ​​the Rio Festival between 2015 and 2018 and, in 2019, took over the coordination of the accreditation area. In 2020, together with his partner Conrado, she opened the production company Mantiqueira Filmes, in the city of Itanhandu. In 2021, she was invited to be part of the production team for RioMarket, the Rio Festival market event, which was held entirely remotely for the first time. In January 2022, she was invited to join the Rio2C team, in the role of audiovisual market coordinator. Also in 2022, she was part of the RioMarket coordination team. In 2023, she is dedicating herself  to the production of the feature film "Além das Cinzas", as well as the Programming and Content Coordination of RioMarket.
