Steve Solot is Associate-Latin America at Olsberg SPI, an international creative industries consultancy based in London, and founder and president of the Latin American Training Center - LATC, a regional center for technical training, publications and audiovisual consultancy in Rio de Janeiro. He is also a senior advisor at Albright Stonebridge Group - Dentons Global Advisors, a global strategic consulting and commercial diplomacy firm based in Washington, DC.

Previously, he worked for two years as Production Policy Manager for Latin America at Netflix; as senior vice president of Latin American operations at the Motion Picture Association (MPA); and president of the Rio Film Commission of Rio de Janeiro City Hall, and was founder of the Brazilian Network of Film Commissions-REBRAFIC.
