Maíra Bühler is a director and screenwriter. Her latest film, “Diz a Ela Que Me Viu Chorar” won the Best Film Award at "Olhar de Cinema" and the Jury Special at the Havana Festival; between others. With Matias Mariani, she directed "A Vida Privada dos Hipopótamos". She is currently developing the script for her next feature, a fiction called "Um Casamento", awarded by the Hubert Bals Fund, a co-production between Brazil and France and the series "Amigas", co -created with Beatriz Seigner and awarded at Series Makers.
