Lijun TANG started her career in SMG (Shanghai Media Group) as vice-director of Programing Department in charge of TV & cartoon importation and distribution. She successfully imported cartoons including Sailor Moon, Pokémon, Let‘s&Go!,  all of which being the most popular cartoons at the time.    She also took the lead in the most ever popular Cartoon production in China for The  Small-head Son  and the Big-head Father, the first idol drama in China  It  is  All Angel's Fault, among many others.   From 2006 to 2013, Ms. Tang Lijun worked as Managing Director of Shanghai International Film Festival and Shanghai TV Festival.  Lijun’s first TV production, the Journey  of  Flower  created the highest viewing  record 3.89% at China TV drama Week Billboard.   Its derivative game generated more than 250 million yuan a month. 

Lijun founded New iPicture Media in 2015.
