Paulo Vitor Soares is a lawyer with a degree from UFRJ and a master's degree in Tax Law from UERJ. He is a founding partner of Soares & Bessa Advogados, a boutique law firm based in the city of Rio de Janeiro and working towards the business public, with emphasis on the areas of Tax Law, Business Law, Administrative Law and Contract Law.
