Carol Condé is a founding partner of Condé+, one of the largest agencies for actors, screenwriters, journalists, directors and other professionals in the Brazilian creative industry. With over 20 years' experience in the sector, she manages the careers of around 200 talents from various regions of the country. She began working in the field in 2004, managing the actors in the film "City of God". With a degree in Journalism and an acting degree from Casa das Artes de Laranjeiras (CAL), she has held various positions in the audiovisual market.
