1. The participation at RioSeminars is conditioned to the payment of a fee, charged in the following way:
(i) R$800,00 (eight hundred reais) for the package of all seminars – September 28th to October 9th. This package doesn’t allow the participation in any of the workshops that are going to take place, those must be purchased separately; and
(ii) R$200,00 (two hundred Reais) per day or per workshop
2. During September 29th and 30th, RioSeminars program are free of charge, however a previous registration will be necessary for participating. More information through: rioseminars@festivaldorio.com.br.
3. Different workshops will take place from September 28th to October 9th; subscription to each one of these must be made separately, as described on item 1 above.
4. Discounts for different promotions are not cumulative.
5. Reimbursements can only be requested until 15 days before the event. After this time there are no more refunds.
6. Registration is personal and untransferable.
7. RioSeminars lectures and workshops will take place at the Armazém da Utopia - Av. Rodrigues Alves, s/n - Armazém 6 - Cais do Porto.
8. The RioSeminars registration provides each participant a full access credential to the seminar hall. However, this pass does not grant film ticket for films screened in the Official Selection of the Rio Int’l Film Festival.
9. RioSeminars registration does not include access to the RioScreenings and the One-to-One Meetings, subscription to these must be made separately.
10. When registering to the RioSeminars, the participant authorises the Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival to use his/hers images and voices registered during the RioSeminars lectures, workshops and panels, for undetermined period and for all purposes and rights, including for broadcast and registration on any other platforms.
