Johanna Koljonen (founder/CEO of Participation Design Agency) is the main industry analyst of the Nordic Film Market’s Nostradamus Project, which charts the near future of the screen industries. The annual Nostradamus Report is presented at the Göteborg Film Festival, and for the last two years also in the Marché du Film’s NEXT programme in Cannes.
Participation Design Agency consults on strategy, participation and experience design with museums, and the public sector as well as media and content companies, and produces original immersive productions and larps. And its CEO, Johanna Koljonen is an authority on designing for safety and trust in participation, and lectures Internationally on analog experience design, Nordic Larp and the rapid changes in the media landscape.
In 2011, she received the Swedish Grand Journalism Award in the Innovator of the Year category. She co-founded the Alibis for Interaction Masterclass and the Nordic Larpalks, both of which she hosts and is an author of graphic novels, non-fiction books, and a play.
