Carolina Rapp is Content Manager at Globo Filmes. Leads the team responsible for curating and managing feature film co-productions with the first theatrical window and miniseries derived from films for TV. Over the course of 9 years at Globo, she acted in more than 250 films. She has worked at the production companies Conspiração and Urca Filmes where she holds positions in the executive production dept. Graduated in Advertising from PUC, completed an MBA in Project Management at IBMEC and a postgraduate degree in Film and TV Business at FGV.
